Can I tow tubes with these points?

Since all you experienced pullers are gathered here at the minute.... Can I ask do these tow points look strong enough?

Jeez guys.... Was it something I said? I didn't really mean your all pullers....

Anyone else have these sort of tow points? They have a round backing screw on other side of the glass.... I would prefer a plate though.

They are designed as tow points by the manufacturer.

Yeah thanks Phil.... they are. But that doesn't mean they are up to the job necessarily.

Sometimes things are flimsier than they should be. To me they look like they are not strong enough.

I take your point it should be ok... But I would feel better if someone else here had used them for towing and had no problems.
