Logan River Jewfish.

Saw a massive jewfish in the waterford part of the logan river.
About a metre long with a second one beside it.
Is there many in there?

No, but there are masses of guys looking for them this weekend i bet!!

I have heard of a few good ones being caught at times.
Guy I spoke to once used to throw his line no more than 5 meters from the bank.
I would say you never know till you have a go.

I used to fish the logan a lot b4 i moved to the north side. Mainly just out from the carbrook ramp
lot of jewies round there when the prawns are runnin.......
Give it a go eh ya never know

o it was definantly a jewfish. Looked kinda like a barra next tto it but the stench was to jmuch to bear upon closer expection.
