Crabbing Spots near Calamvale Qld

I'm thinking to bring my whole family to go crabbing this Easter. I live in Calamvale QLD. Could anyone suggest a good crabbing spot?
My kids are 1-yr and 5-yr old. So easy access would be essential.
Your suggestion will be much appreciated.

try thompsons beach at victoria point. you could wade out with your pots and be in with a chance of a few sandies. plenty of park and beach for the fam. (and everyone elses too)
