Giant vessels hampered by ignorant anglers

ANGLERS in the Outer Harbor shipping channel have been dicing with death by playing chicken with ships.

Up to a dozen boat owners are facing fines after an incident last Saturday in which the 260m-long container vessel Manila Express had to take evasive action so it did not crash into them. A similar incident occurred on Sunday night when the cruise ship Radiance of the Seas left Port Adelaide....
