lowrance structure scan

Hello all, just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where to mount the structure scan transducer. My boat is a seajay haven sports 4.85m. How close can they be and should the structure scan tranducer be a bit lower? Could i mount the str scan tranducer about 2 inches above the bottom of the boat and the other transducer on a slide so i can slide it up when i want to use the str scan. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

I've got a 4.55sp the structure scan transducer is on the starboard side in between the 3rd and 4th strake and the normal transducer is mounted in-between the 4th and 5th strake both mounted on a piece trimmed down nylon engine mount board, I would have put them both closer to the center line although the bungs and the live well pick up were in the way. The structure scan module was mounted on the underside of the access hatch directly under the center console with all looms tucked into conduit.
