Motorguide steering issues

Hi guys
I have a Wireless Motorguide bowmount.While fishing yesterday,without any warning it wouldnt turn,still sounded that electrically atleast everything was fine but woudnt turn,the two components that lock in together to turn the shaft were fine,that was the first thing i checked,its the fitting in the housing thats not turning.Hope someone can make sense of all the mumbo jumbo and any advice would be great,thanks.

Have you checked the battery in the hand remote / foot control ? Check the main power tester on the base - It may also be the main gear box has an issue - you will need to take it back to your local dealer & have it checked.
