Lemonade

Hi Everyone

I have a large quinity of beatiful juicy lemons i can't use and want to make some refreshing lemonade. Is it as simply as mixing with water ?????? or is there more to it.

My favorite lemonade is simply 25% real lemon juice and 75% soda water. I don't like sugary lemonade, but if you do add some to taste.
If I don't have fresh lemons, I use Cottee's Lemon Crush cordial and soda water, almost as good but has sugar added.

Yep it will take a LOT of lemons to make a few cartons of Corona taste good!

i found this to be a good starting point, add more or less sugar to taste and good for getting through a few lemons at once
