Thread: Transducer Type

    Transducer Type

Could someone kindly tell me if this Transducer is the kick-up type? and how do I get to the fixing screws without breaking the transducer? As I was not the soul who fitted it I am unsure if this is the single piece or kick-up type/pivot. I have a transducer spray deflector to fit to it to stop the spectacular rooster tail up the side of the outboard on plane.

    Cheers

If it is a kickup bracket you should be able to swivel it up with your hand, performing a mockup strike.Either with a through bolt type with the geared bracket or some other swivel type action.Just like the one you show in the picture.Although yours looks like it kicks up at the rear of the bracket not on the bolt.Jim
