My name is David, bit of a late starter to fishing and boating at the ripe ol age of 40. Don’t have a huge boat , just a 14ft side console with 30 Merc. Living at Ormeau, nice and close to the Well and the Pin.
My wife complains to how long I spend scouring Ausfish Forums. I keep telling her that I need to pickup tips from the pro’s if she wants me to bring home some quality fish. How’s that working out for you I hear you ask “well not the best”LOL…. but will get there.
Quite keen to get the new boat out on the bottom reaches of the Logan River as well to pick up some Bullies.
Looking forward to continue researching and learning more from the Ausfish community.

G'day Dave and welcome to Ausfish. Mate, there is a wealth of information on this forum and the people here are only to happy to help and give advise. I can tell you from my own experience that my fishing has improved somewhat just by reading and asking questions on Ausfish.
