I'm nearly falling off my chair here! After reading this and finga's post on the karcher he was delivered i'm dumbfounded! We had a karcher, old enough to be out of warranty, that shat itself and was most dissapointed, but by god this seems like some damn good service. If all is as fair dinkum as it seems then ya can bet karcher still has my support.

Mitch matey. People who know me know I don't mess with words or people.
I'm probably harder on criticising gear then most as I had the occasion to fix a lot of it when I worked as know a few sticky points to look for.
    I'm fairdinkum.

Finga, I've been on here for a few years, mostly reading, and so have a pretty good idea of what you post. That is what surprises me the most, knowing that you are a straight shooter, and seeing what diana from karcher has done. I am just amazed a company of that size is using such a "small" way of proving their gear with such little fuss.

Can you believe it. My RYOBI is still working and i use it regularly. But at 12 years of age its pressure has dropped. I am actually going to get the tradetools jobbie I asked about in the first post. Cheers
