Hey guys just a quick post to say im new to the yak scene, bought myself a 3.2 viking nemo wth fish kit and loving it. The stealth of the yak is great, ive had lizards take plastics in 600mm of water beside the yak its unreal they have no idea your there. anyway look to forward to much more yak fishing. cheers

Welcome, J-Man. I've been into canoe and yak fishing since 2001 and love it. Nothing like a solid fish pulling you around the water.

Where do you tend to fish? I fish the salt areas on the northside of Brisbane and fish the fresh at NPD, Wivenhoe etc.
