New to Townsville

Hi All

Just moved to Townsville, work away some home fornightly....

Am the Mr Bean of fishing, totally self taught, but mad keen. Dont really know anyone in town so happy to tag along on any trips if you would like company. dont hava a boat, although its my dream to get one....

Would love to start taking my 8 year old daughter out to wet a line, so always welcome for any advice...

Welcome from me and I hope that you can tee up with some keen fishos up there.
Also hope you get that boat organised when you can and don't forget all that safety stuff specially taking your daughter out.
I have a 10yo daughter who I think is old enough now to take out to sea in the boat but I will still worry a bit.
