    Shimano T Curve Revolution Travel Rods

    Has anyone any experience with travel rods please. I have been looking at the Shimano T Curve Revolution travel rods that step down into 3. There seems to be a '703' model 5-10kg 2.13m rod that looks good for floatlining and light boat work and as I am travelling to the UK I wanted to get into the Sea Bass in the West Country.
    I will be passing through the USA so could pick up any of the other options e.g Daiwa, as well but floatlining with my baitrunner is my main objective.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks

    They will do the job fine, have you looked into the nitro selection?

    Thanks Devocean;
    I googled up the innovator nitro range and they look very classy but more than double the price of the Shimano range. I am amazed at how compact they make them.
    I will do some further research before making a decision.
    Cheers

    We have a pair of the Nitro 007 4-6kg baitcasters. They are a great rod. So much so that once put together you wouldn't know they were a multi-piece. Beautiful gear.
