    Rainy Maroon

An early start saw us on the water at 0400. It was well worth it as the overcast conditions provided an extended surface bite with about 10 in the net between 3 rods. A river sea bubble pop doing most of the damage, assisted by a Megabass dog X jnr.
The rain didn't seem to put them off and it wasn't until the sun was barely able to poke through momentarily that they went quiet.

So onto step 2 which consisted of picking up a school on the sounder and persisting with Gulp lobby's which saw about another 10 boated.

A troll home with one hit and back on the trailer at noon.

A great way to finish the holidays!!

Thanks mate. Was looking at going down on Sunday if the weather is ok.

How was it up around around Camp Lake Fire? Was there many floating trees, logs etc or is it pretty clear?

    Sorry for the questions.

    Cheers

No probs about the Q's...........thats what this is all about!

That water was surprisingly clear, very good visibility and no debris at all.
