Do you want rubber, aluminium, or EVA?

If you want a round(ish) rubber handle knob, the new Thunnus CI4 4000 has one, so you could ring the Shimano Australia Service Centre (Ph: (02) 9526 5279). You can order one direct from them, over the phone - I've bought handles and spare parts off them a few times. I have a Thunnus CI4 4000 (but that's not my photo), and the handle is really comfortable, but it wasn't what I saw in the photo of the reel before I ordered it (it's much better). The part number is 14397, but you probably don't need to quote that.
