Has anyone used Shakespeare Agilty Graphite Rods? They are currently on sale at Anaconda for 1/2 price ($39.99).

I am interested in the 12' Light/Medium 3-7 kg Spin Rod for beach fishing.

I don't expect a high quality product at that price but just wanted to know that they are usable and not prone to early component failure.
