Whyte Island saturdays

Hi All,
Just curious how the car park is at Whyte Island boat ramp on Saturdays. We are planning to head the next Saturday around lunch time, and with the weather looking like being fine I figured it might be pretty busy.
We want to fish the mouth into the night, so if the car park is full what would be a good alternative place to launch?

does get busy , last saturday 10th was packed. colmslie is another good ramp but also gets busy. and then there`s pinkenba ramp on northern side of the river. Cheers Andrew

They open up extra grass parking, so no need to launch elsewhere.

Yeah that's right cheech, bloody colmslie ramp should be the same IMO

carpark still gets full.. cars parked over the train lines the other day (saturday or sunday not sure...) i was there at 5am a couple of weeks back, and had to park on the grass then... more ramps needed thanks missus bligh...
