Got 2 new Penn mariner plus heavy duty offshore rods about a year ago, hardly used em till recently and when I did use one the other day the top runner just busted in to 2.
Got the other one out and the same thing happened,I was spewin as they've been keeled inside out of the weather and were still new.
So was just wondering if anyone has or knows who the main importer of Penn is to Australia as I wanna write n express my unhappiness with the 2 rods I payed $150 ea for and get 2 new runners.

Jarvis Walker Australia is currently the people you need to talk to. They have a pretty good reputation for warranty...I'd go and talk to your local bait and tackle. If you're down Manley way, go and see Toni at Watertower bait and tackle, I'm sure she'd be able to sort something for you
