    you can leave the feathers on, but you have a bugger of a time trying to keep the turkey in there when still alive!

    I love it Greg... that had me laughing for a good few minutes.

    I love my webber. Done a few different thing, the best so far though has been some 2" thick cut Rib on the Bone from Super Butcher

    kind of funny you should say that, I just got (well my wife did) a nice big Rib Eye yesterday for the BBQ tonight, can hardly wait. There seems to be some sort of naming problem with this, some say a "rib eye fillet" other say a "rib eye" is the correct terminology, I just call it what my butcher calls it on the label in the window

    Try a 2kg. or thereabouts piece of pickled pork marinated in honey and mustard
    and cooked for about 3-4 hours in the webber.

    Place on a cake rack in a tray to allow heat and smoke to circulate properly.

    Then the last hour or so smoke with about 4 cups of sawdust wrapped in alfoil in two parcels placed directly on the beads.
    Add more parcels if you need it.

    Poke holes in the parcels to allow the smoke to escape.

    You wouldn't call the King your uncle.
