Here in Broome we experience the natural phenomenon of the Staircase to the Moon occuring three nights each month from March to October. The Staircase to the Moon occurs when a full moon rises over exposed mudflats in Roebuck Bay at low tide creating this optical illusion. Here's my latest effort from earlier this month.
Pretty average performance from the moon last time around if you ask me lol.
Stay tuned as this event occurs later next week.

I think this was a great idea, and i enjoyed looking at everyone's photo's as a photographer i think there is great pics there that should be hanging on peoples walls, well done to all. Where would we be if we couldn't capture the moment to look back on in time to come.
