Lamb fillet with paprika potatoes and grilled halloumi..
Gave this a a try tonight, come up nice so thought i'd share.
I did my lamb on the barB grill for around 4 mins each side ( so until blood comes through then turn ) and was very impressed.
Matched to a good red and you won't be dissapointed. Haloumi is a nice touch !
