    Awoonga Inflows

    The Coast around Gladstone has recieved over 400mm of rain since Sunday. But the catchment of Lake Awoonga only half of that. Still better than nothing

    Yep - only up 2cm in the last 24 hours BUT more rain forecast for the Gladstone area over the next four weeks!

    There may be more inflows yet.....

    Am heading up to awoonga in another week, does anyone have any predictions as to how the fresh will affect the bite?

    I'd postpone until the weather settles a bit and the lake clears at tad after all this rain, which continues to fall across the Awoonga catchment as I write.
