Fish Cakes

A good use for Blackall. I've made fish cakes several times with it and everyone raves how good they are, wouldn't believe me when i said it was blackall as the base fish. Think it was a receipe from a french cook book that I've got it out of. Doesn't use potatos like some but breadcrumbs from memory.
