A bit hard to see the Bruce Hwy from 30,000 feet up....
Mackay was fine - more media hype than anything else (as per usual). Most of the heavy rain was betweeen Mackay and Townsville.
Locals were more concerned about the king tides (7m+) than the rainfall!
BTW we were up there to celebrate Kyle's 18th birthday....

Hand came good today when I started to get the gear ready for camping, then flared up when it was pointed out the yard hadnt been looked at for over a month and needed mowing, very strange complaint that Im curently treating the old fashioned way - drink more beer.
