PM sent mate!
G'day guys, I am heading down to Yamba with the family in December and was wondering if there are any maps of the river available? Was thinking along the lines of a Beacon to Beacon type thing maybe?
I found a pretty basic sort of mud map on the Clarence Tourism website but maybe someone else could point me in the right direction? Oh and if anyone has any pointers for good spots to take a six year old fishing in the boat with the chance of getting some whiting/bream/flatties etc would be appreciated, not looking for trophy fish just wanting to be able to put the young bloke onto a couple.
Cheers

When you get here, most of the tacklo's have got a local tide guide which folds out to about a A3 sized map with about 2 or 3 dozen fishing spots, species and seasons.
Mattooty, thanks mate I had planned a raid on one of the local tackle shops so I will see if I can chase up one of those maps
Cheers

If you get the chance, get into maclean to Big River B&T. Yamba B&T are great, but really target the tourist market, where as Paul at Big River specialises in sport fishing the river, and will put you on the right track.
