Brown onion diced and cooked until caramalised in a little canola oil then add mince (1 kg)
Cook on high until all cooked through while adding a can of peas & corn juice and all.
Add maggi origional seasoning sauce (small amount)table spoon of bbq sauce,table spoon of tomato sauce,table spoon of worchester sauce,teaspoon of chicken salt and back off heat and simmer intil reduced while stirring occasionaly.
Serve with mashed potatoes finely sliced tomatoes and grated cheese and some buttered bread. (makes a great shephards pie base or the best toasted sangas)
