And I thought the Chariot had every thing?

I am sure you could dry hair, just get the gear off and fly up the dam.

When is after hours Kimmy? Wendy and I will hopefully be there a bit after 7.30am/8.00am on the Saturday morning. Do we need to book a campsite or just tell them we are in under Daryl's name when we actually arrive?

Cheers

Re: SOMERSET SESSION Midyear Muster 25th July

I phoned the office yesterday to get a gate code as we're not sure of our arrival time on friday night. Office hours are 7.30am-7.30pm so Ren you should be fine on saturday morning. Told the lovely office lady we are camping with Dashing Daryl in the non powered section. They already had our details from last year...sweet!!
If your not sure if you will arrive during office hours give them a call and let them know your coming and they will give you a gate access code. You can pay over the phone or pop up to the office and pay saturday morning.

Lee last year we camped in the non powered section near the concrete ramp, there is a shelter shed there too.

Cheers Kim.

Thumbs up Re: SOMERSET SESSION Midyear Muster 25th July

Well folks sorry I haven't been around to answer the questions. Thanks Kimmoi

Yes it seems the booking is all good.

For those thinking about family etc. this is a relaxed trip, more so than most. Fish gentelmans hours, i.e. no point in getting up before the sun, the fog doesn't lift till an hour after sun rise, then the ice starts to melt. It will be cold at night but the days magnificent, bring your blanky and beenie, possibly some thing to sip by the camp fire and have a great winter weekend.

For those arriving late Friday there should still be some Somerset Special S'getti and balls in my camp oven; Beutiful with a few Dark Ales or a nice winter red.

Call the camp to bookin and get a gate code if you will be late to arrive.

Remember we need the 20 to get the right price so be sure to let them know you are coming!

Looking forward to a quite one with a few mates, a few beers, and hopfuly a few fish as a bonus.

and catching with my camp chair

Daryl
