we have in Germany big problems with the Koi Herpes Virus he kills a lot of carps.
Is there such a thing in Oz ? Or other virus infection ?
Thats a very bad time for carp fishers in Germany.
I heard it in England bobbed up the same virus.

I have heard that DPI are looking at potentially introducing it to our waterways as a carp prevention/eradication tactic. I'm sure this would horrify most European carp anglers!
Tim to give you an idea of how carp are viewed here.........there is this bloke called Charlie.......& he markets a liquid firtiliser made of carp......works quite well I understand.
I think I did hear something about the karp herpies.......& I seem to remember it was not considered good for other fish either.
