Normally catch and release but not this time, this guy was our curried GT for dinner. seen it busting up on the surface around the boat the other morning. was fishing for bream with 4lb fireline and 8lb leader. quickley tied on a metal flicked it out and skipped it back past its face then... KABANG! I was in a world of hell! it was screaming off a hundred miles an hour, then my mate started up the boat! Follow it around fighting it for 5mins then we landed it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with taking some for a feed, particularly when they are put to good use in a great recipe and enjoyed. Part of the experience in my view.
