    Re: Taylor Season????

August, September is the usual run of tailor on Fraser. But the best of the run can be later or earlier. The run can be short lived some years and longer others. A great time of the year to be on Fraser. Having said that we stopped doing the annual tailor trip many years ago as it got too busy and too expensive. Certainly is something I'd like to do again and well worth the effort. Even if the fish are scarce there is a lot to do on the island. Or just sit back and enjoy a beer. Did the kevlacat get out over the weekend?

Mate we used to go in August/September but found it was getting to busy for the last few years we've headed up late October less fish but better quality.

You have to work a bit harder for a feed but it is worth it.
