Download this http://azureus.sourceforge.net/and install, then click on the link above and download.
It will probably come in an avi format so windows media player will be ok to watch it.
The program is 1.7 gig I think, so a decent internet connection should be able to download it over night.
If you have any problems watching it I would suggest downloading http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ one of the best programs to watch almost any movies.

I download all my stuff through btjunkie, which if you look it up via google it is pretty self explanatory. I started downloading last night and it is nearly done now. Good luck and I hope it all goes well.
