Moreton beaches

Hi folks,

I'm heading over to Moreton for a few days next week, camping on the ocean side. Anyone got the drum on how the beaches are looking and what's biting?

I've got a new spin setup that I'll be bringing along with the trusty Alveys - I'll pack some slugs, but would I be wasting my time with some poppers?

Any info welcome.

high tide on the eastern beach is hard to travel as the water is lapping the drop offs on the dunes up north also you have to go over rocks south of the tangalooma track at high tide, fishing wise i would be heading to the southern end for a throw

rocks and surroundings at north point buddy.. had a ball during christmas..
bring ur sp's..
