when i was up north a week back biggest we could stop around pylons was 86cm and was caught on 40pound braid 50 pound leader biggest one we could boat over all in a different spot was 92cm, i got a few metre plus gts as bycatch also biggest trev i got was 125cm which was a nice fight.What sort rig do you guys use a photo would be great to to show just how you guys extract one of the best fighting fish ever.

Found this today....
Couldn't help another brag - too bad I'm starting to live on past glory.
Went out 29th, beaut conditions, plenty of squid but only 3 bust offs. Ron on the other hand got beaten 9-zip 5 km away.
Hadn't posted the fuzzy picture of my son just after he landed the 87cm monster - how's that for happiness!!
