Thread: Seafarer Appreciation thread

    Re: Seafarer Appreciation thread

    Haha.

Ok new boat cover thrown in and price drop to $19,999...if no-one buys it now I'm going to keep it. Looks like few people have space for a dual axle or otherwise some people just don't know what a bargain a well kept and updated Seafarer is...

    Cheers

Don't drop it any more, its a bargain as it is.

You may get to keep it with a bit of luck, too good to give away........

    Biased but what the heck.

Thanks Chimo. No that's it mate. I am losing many thousands from what I have spent on it and I just can't equate it to a 5 year old 4.5m tinny for the same price. Not sure what's going on with the world. Cheers

Sometimes people wonder about a Yammy 115 V4 powering up a Vagabond...wonder no more. The V4 2 stroke Yammy is a beast and with 160 litres of fuel and 3 POB and all the gear for an overnighter it flies out of the hole and sings.

    Cheers

She's sold. Very sorry to see her go but glad it will be well used and the purchaser is a member on this site. Cheers

    Re: Seafarer Appreciation thread

I have a question for Victory owners.
Do you think that the new deck and hard top on the new Victory's from THG will make them top heavy? I love the look of them and if I was in the market for a new boat they would be at the top of the list but I am concerned that the changes have compromised a great hull.
Remember to always log on before heading offshore.

Maybe you should go for a Vagabond that does cope well and benefits from the extra weight of a hard top.

Not at all. I've had mine offshore in some reasonably rough weather now without issue. It will lean into the wind a bit more so make sure tabs are fitted. Attachment 121501

Nothing new there Chimo. Don't think I have ever had an attachment work round these parts.
