Heres a couple of golden trevs I caught near roy rufus reef on 9/12. The fish in the picture with me holding the rod went 85cm total length and managed to snap off the anti reverse lever on my sol 2500 while in the rod holder, the other fish went 83cm total length. Both caught on 4"zoom plastic in silver/grey on 1/6th 3/0 nitro jighead.

Here's a Golden I caught on a 4" Snapback fishing with Paul Dolan in Hervey Bay.

On the same day Paul also put me on to several GT's & Queenies both on Fly and On Plastics, followed by a few Mac Tunas and then finally got to go home and collapse! One of the most exhausting and memorable days fishing I've had.

Went to Arakun april 07 ,one day we had enough Bara and my old man wanted some xo grunter .As we drifted by the flats i noticed what looked like sharks circleing.Closer inpection about 20 trevs in a 10m diameter circle.They didnt care what lure we had on but they could of pulled a barra backwards.Here are a couple we donated to some elders.

G'day everyone,
Here are a few Trevs caught off a local wreck in Bundy. The Golden went 10.5kg on 4kg line, and the GT went 12.2kg on 3kg line.

15kg Golden Trevally off Round Island, Mackay. Cast a fresh pilly infront of a school and got smashed. On 12kg braid. What a fight!
