Check out the Fishing WA website, they promote the local charters that they use and I saw a show the other day fishing out of Perth and they were on the type of charter boat you described.

Hi Blaze I live in Perth so if you get stuck let me know. If your thinking of coming over anytime soon you may not get a fish as the weather is shite. Blowing up to 60knts and flogging rain, been like it for 6 weeks. I've lived here now for 3 mths and had my cat in the water twice.

We get the same weather in tassie as you guys do there, we get it a couple of days later so I have 2 boats sitting around for about the same amount of time. Leaving tassie on Friday and ETA is the next friday.
