I own 2 Miya Epoch electric reels and have not noticed any decline in the ammount of fish we catch
Cheers Mick
After seeing that guy in my lats post today i also got to thinking.......now part of the reason sps work is that the fish pick up on the movement to the sp in the water..........i wonder it that that can pick up on the vibs sent out by an electric as well???

I'm sure that fish reasonably close to the boat would sense vibrations from an electric outboard, they must be able to if they can detect the movement of their prey. However, I dunno how far away a fish has to be before the vibrations become indetectable.
The fish's reaction to the vibrations is a different question though.
