two way switch wiring

Does anyone have a wiring diagram, of how to set up a two way switch, so as an item can be turned on , or off from two different localtions.

I know that one switch works in the opposite direction, after the alternate switch is operated,so down becomes off etc.

Hey how you going mate. Try this one out, its the same as rwells9999, in his he shows the battery. Mine just shows picking up a positive supply and a negative.
