    dry patch

    as of late i have been doing as much fishing as i really have time for,on the week end i was out on saturday 12.00am to 8am live baiting and got 1 keeper bream and a few under size , tried for a trevally at sunrise-nothing, sunday i was back at it at sunrise to try crack onre of those queen fish or trevally with live bait and throwing slugs still nothing, there were a few good fish caught that day i saw but i got nuthin, hows a bloke ment to keep confidence in fishing, What the hell am i doing wrong? cheers abbot

    You aint doing anything wrong..........thats fishing mate, we all have days like that unfortunately

    Thats why we call it fishing.......not catching.

    Sounds like you are covering the bases so the fish will come

    You'll be back amongst em in no time mate. Every time I hit a bit of a dry patch I make sure to go fishing a few times in quick succession so I get through it faster.

    dont feel to bad , i have been trying to catch a snapper for the last year & half but only get squire . no nobbys yet .
    keep on trying its better than working .
