diesel hilux 2.8 sucking air
i have a 96 hilux and once a month it sucks down the primer on fuel filter then stalls i have put 2 new filters on and no good i am thinking it could be a fuel cap problem not breathing or tank breather filter dealers have no idea can anyone help my situation.

i know they have prblems with the little primer on top of the filter housing
unusal that it happens at such a long time frame
but if i understand rright that it pulling the primer in to restict fuel flow
if so when it does again realise the fuel cap and listen for air being sucked in if so definatly a breather prob

Fuel tank breather fault. Check your cap & breather hose on the filler neck.
