My most prized catch would have to be my first mangrove jack. I caught it on a river2sea popper. It was caught on my 2500 reel loaded with 10 pound braid. It went 48cm.
Cheers Josh
Just wondering if some of you guys/girls want to share a pic/story of your most prized catch.
Mine would have to be a 68cm flathead caught recently in the broadwater using live hering for bait.

my first 1mtr+ barra Tully river 1994 .that was a happy day .
Innisfail, September 2004. Had a triple hookup on these with 2 people on board. This was the only one we got in then lost about another 4 of them.
It was the best of times...it was the worst of times... Hooked up to this cobia off the jetty at Moreton. 75 minutes later a shark bites it in half Fantastic fish, never gave up (while it had a tail) and fought me to exhaustion point.
