Weir Barra townsville

Caught at aplins a few weeks back on live bait, tarpon caught on lure 80cm and 70cm 10kgs combined.


These two plus 4 smaller ones were caught on fly, small pink things. The big one goes 10kg and 90cm

Two fish caught on live bait, 80cm and 70cm, combined weight 10kgs



Two barra caught on fly (pink thing) 90cm 10kg fish and 65cm fish.

good stuff they would have went off on the fly, great stuff i suppose3 to be heading that way at theend of year as my cousin lives there hoping to get into some great fish like that, he promised me i should get some nice barra and jack even a chance of afew sootys and jungle perch. c heers bdowdy

yeah sure is, they go crazy over it. Yesturday i put it on some small spinning gear after no sucess with my small gold lure and it got smashed consecutively but no hookup.
