Pan-fried Whiting is my favourite. There are plenty closely behind, Snapper, Trout, Mackeral steaks. Any of those fresh with "a couple of kilo's of chips" is great for me

If you can catch a king salmon(threadfin ) therein lies the taste bud sensation of all time, followed by whiting and every other fish except stingray road raged or not.

my favs...wild barramundi (that farmed stuff is absolute s**t),deep sea dory, squid, king george whiting, flathead,gar. crispy skin tassie salmon either done fancy in a pan with butter,fresh dill, cracked pepper, lemon zest as a sauce or snapper in a fish curry, or good ol' home made beer batter....mmmmmm......beer batter. ahh what am i doing to myself, now im craving!.
