caption under avatar gone?

Am I imagining things or did we used to have a caption under our avatars as well as a signature under each post?

If so can we still do this or is this function now a defunct function?

Signature is still available. I had to go into my profile and re do it when the enw forum came online.

My signature should be visible, it says, 'I love my brother, he gave me a boat'

I am interested in whether or not we can put captions under our avatars. I don't even know if I am imagining whether I used to have on or not. I seem to remember everybody having a little text caption under their avatar AS WELL as a signature at the bottome of each post.

Is this true?
