Iam heading up ther on Friday with my son and two mates, looking forward to it hope the fish are on the chew.

I should be arriving there Friday afternoon late from Rocky. Taking family and meeting my father, and a mate too.
Last two years has been good so hopefully I've started a family tradition !
Maybe one year I'll catch something other than a bloody catfish ?

At the moment , it's rather muggy and warm. Not so the last couple of years. I rec'n this year it is a better chance of landing a considerable number of barra compared to previous!

Fellas can you tell me if any barra are normally caught during the comp ?

last few have seen bugger all. No leagal anyway. But this last year has seen em all year round. Its getting warm and if you head far enough out of the main traffic areas you may possibly drag in $1000 for the biggest barra.
