NoMess/NoFuss Grilled Fillets

Ingredients:
Fresh fillets of favourite fish
Chili sauce
Cracked pepper
Butter
Non-stick cooking spray
Cooking Foil

* Cover horizontal grill with one piece of foil and turn up edges to prevent runoff.
* Spray lightly with cooking spray and place fillets skin down.
* Make a baste of melted butter with a teaspoon of chili sauce.
* Grill gently on medium heat for 3-5 min.
* Continue grilling for a further 5-10 min after coating with the baste.
* Do not turn fillets.
* Fillet ready when sharp knife enters fillet easily.
* Sprinkle lightly with cracked pepper before serving with veges and pasta.
* To clean grill, fold up the foil and discard.
