    Does anyone have any information on the Rainshadow Rod Blanks coming out of the USA?

    they are a new blank on the market and unless someone has picked them up recently are stll an import only proposition

    supposedly good but a bit hard to give a propper assessment
    from half way around the world

    I just bought one! It is the exact same thing as a pacific bay rod if that helps at all. Got it from mudhole.com. I got a 12' two piece surf rod to build over the winter here in NJ.

    The guy, Scott from mudhole said it was a good blank, so I believed him. I have an Alvey 650 to put on it

    Qustion: With an email that starts with Batson you are related or work for Bob Batson the owner of Rainshadow blanks Or am i wrong. This sounds like Karry Batson?
