    Shimano Triton

    Would anyone have any idea what a Shimano Triton overhead fishing reel would be like, and how much you would pay for a good second hand one.

    if i am thinking of the right reel (star drag version of the charter special) they are a top reel for bottom donging and arnt to shabby to cast with either! but if you can afford it id be looking for a lever drag reel!

    jeff i have a charter specile that i use for float linning and bottom bashing and i can't be any happier with it it is the one with lever drag and leavel winde (thing that lays line on even) i'm only running 20lb fireling but thinking of going higher for kings
    but a very good reel
