Yes. Just a case of having software in your computer that can save a file in a format your GPS can read. Lowrance used to exclusively use their .USR file format but a lot of units now are also capable of using a .GPX ( GPS exchange) format. Their are plenty of programs available. EasyGPS is a freeware one I have played briefly with. I use GPSU (not freeware) though most of the time now.

Anybody use Babel ??.
I used Garmin Homeport to enter the marks, save as a gpx file then import that to my Simrad unit, works fine. I imagine you can do the same with your Lowrance unit.
