You agree, through your use of this Chat Board, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, bullying, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, links to commercial sites in posts or signatures, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this Chat Board.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this Chat Board. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of this Chat Board. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. You have the ability, as you register, to choose your Membername. Membernames can not contain business names or website addresses. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.

After you register and log into this Chat Board, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed. All posts, photos or attachments posted on the chat boards become the property of Ausfish.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this Chat Board or your ISP contacted. Only Non-Commercial Website links allowed in signatures, unless you are an approved advertiser. Websites must contain G Rated material. We reserve the right to remove a link from your profile as we see fit.

Members are required to have a minimum of 30 legitimate posts to be able to post items for sale in the for sale section. Members can not send personal messages until they have 10 legitimate posts. Members posting rubbish one line posts simply to get a 10 post count will be banned.

Members that do not follow these rules will be banned and any offending posts removed, no correspondence will be entered into. Keep in mind that your activity on this board is monitored. If you are unsure about making a certain post, or activity on this board, please discuss it first with me, or a Moderator. We reserve the right to remove any post or ban any member. A joining fee is now payable if you wish to post on the forums. If you break the rules and are banned your registration fee will not be refunded.

Members that are banned for life are not permitted to rejoin under another Membername. Banned for life means banned for life. Any person or persons that are banned from this site and then rejoin under another Membername will have that Membername banned and all posts removed. A person or persons that rejoin after being banned will also be liable for all costs incurred in removing their posts. This will be a minimum charge of $250.00. The person or persons also agree to be liable for any costs incurred in recovering this fee.
